AN ACT relating to the authority of the Board of Dentistry to immediately, temporarily suspend a dentist's license to practice.
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 313 to allow the Board of Dentistry the authority to immediately, temporarily suspend the license to practice of a dentist in order to protect the public.
SB 46 - AMENDMENTS
SCS - Retain original provisions except require that there be substantial evidence of immediate danger to the public; clarify that an appeal of the emergency order shall not constitute an appeal of the underlying complaint or charge.
