AN ACT relating to the Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner Program.
     Amend KRS 314.142 to authorize the sexual assault nurse examiner to conduct an examination of a victim of a sexual offense, regardless of the age of the victim, under medical protocol issued by the State Medical Examiner under KRS 216B.400.
