AN ACT relating to boards of education.
     Amend KRS 160.190 to require discussions conducted by the commissioner of education regarding the appointment of a prospective member to fill a vacancy on a board of education to be open meetings held in accordance with the Open Meetings Law, KRS 61.805 to 61.850.
