AN ACT relating to motor vehicles.
     Amend KRS 44.045 to require that all passenger vehicles owned by the state that are not used for law enforcement purposes have six cylinders or less; require that all state owned passenger vehicles with more than six cylinders be transferred to law enforcement agencies within thirty days of the effective date of the Act.
