SB 62 (BR 519) - D. Kelly

     AN ACT relating to organization.
     Transfer the Water Resources Information Systems Office in the Department for Local Government to the Kentucky Infrastructure Authority and attach the Kentucky Infrastructure Authority to the Office of the Governor; make conforming changes; confirm Executive Order 2000-1062.

     SCA (1, E. Scorsone) - Amend KRS 109.310 to allow solid waste pick-up fees that are delinquent 6 months or more rather than 3 months or more to be placed on the real property tax bill; establish criteria for collecting the delinquent fees; amend KRS 224.01-010 to include a definition of gasification.
