AN ACT relating to retirement.
Amend KRS 61.510 and 78.510 to provide that the final compensation for nonhazardous employees whose retirement date is between August 1, 2001, and January 31, 2006, and whose total service credit is at least 27 years and whose age and years of service total at least 75, shall be based on their "high 3" years; provide that funding shall be from existing funds.
