AN ACT relating to the Motorcycle Safety Education Advisory Commission.
     Create three new sections of KRS 186.870 to 186.895 to establish the Motorcycle Safety Education Advisory Commission; define membership and establish guidelines for compensation, meetings, and operations of the commission; and outline duties of commission; stagger initial terms of membership.
