AN ACT relating to retail package wine licenses.
     Amend KRS 243.030 to establish a retail package wine license; establish cost of license; amend KRS 243.060 and 243.070 to establish cap on fees the county and city, respectively, can charge for license; amend KRS 243.230 to clarify that license issued under that section is for combined distilled spirits and wine license; amend KRS 243.240 to set out the limitations of and provisions applicable to a retail package wine license; require that the retail package wine licensee purchase wine in retail packages from a retailer; prohibit the retail package wine license from being issued at premises used as a business in which a substantial part of the commercial transaction consists of selling at retail groceries or gasoline and lubricating oil; amend KRS 244.050 to correct numbering.
