     Confirm Executive Order 2000-1104, relating to the Office of Inspector General within the Cabinet for Health Services, to abolish the Division of Licensing and Regulation, create the Division of Long Term Care, the Division of Licensed Child Care, and the Division of Community Health Services, and transfer respective responsibilities; and amend KRS 194A.709, 199.8994, 209.005, 210.271, 216.583, 216.860, and 216.865 to conform.
