AN ACT relating to reorganization.
     Confirm Executive Order 2000-1105 reorganizing the Transportation Cabinet as follows: create an Office of Technology and an Office of Quality that report directly to the Secretary of the Cabinet; establish the Division of Driver Safety within the Department of Vehicle Regulation; abolish the Division of Information Technology within the Department of Administrative Services; amend KRS 12.020 and KRS 174.020 to conform.
