SB 9 (BR 160) - J. Pendleton, W. Blevins, R. Jones II, E. Miller, R. Roeding, D. Shrout, Jo. Turner

     AN ACT relating to interscholastic athletics.
     Amend KRS 156.070(2) to require the Kentucky State Board of Education, any agency designated to manage interscholastic athletics, and local school boards to consider cheerleading a sport for the purposes of compliance with laws prohibiting gender discrimination in education programs or activities that receive federal assistance.
