AN ACT relating to interscholastic athletics.
     Amend KRS 156.070(2) to require the Kentucky State Board of Education, any agency designated to manage interscholastic athletics, and local school boards to consider cheerleading a sport for the purposes of compliance with laws prohibiting gender discrimination in education programs or activities that receive federal assistance.
