AN ACT relating to the salaries of nonelected city officers.
     Amend KRS 83A.070 to specify that nonelected city officers be included in the city's personnel pay and classification plan, and delete provision for setting pay of appointive city officer on a salaried or per diem basis by ordinance; amend KRS 83A.080 to delete requirement that nonelected city officers' pay be specifically set by ordinance.
