AN ACT relating to school board elections.
     Amend KRS 160.180 to provide that no person shall be eligible for membership on a board of education who has a relative who was employed by the school district after the candidate's election to the school board, and provide that a candidate's eligibility shall be determined as of the date of election of the school board member, and that the candidate shall not be ineligible to serve as a member of the school board if a relative was hired during the candidacy of the school board member.
