SCR 1 (BR 156) - T. Shaughnessy
Establish the Blackacre State Nature Preserve Task Force to develop a strategy to protect the preserve from the effects of development in the surrounding area and to capitalize on the status of the preserve as the state's first preserve and only preserve with an historical farm.
SCR 1 - AMENDMENTS
SCS - Retain the original provisions but require the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House to appoint co-chairpersons rather than to designate who shall serve a chairperson and vice-chairperson; direct that LRC provide staff to the task force.
SFA (1, T. Shaughnessy) - Direct that the Senate President and the Speaker of the House appoint the legislative members rather than the LRC.
