Direct the co-chairs of the Interim Joint Committee on Education to appoint a special subcommittee composed of 4 Senate members and 4 House of Representatives members to study Kentucky's Advanced Placement Program; direct the subcommittee to develop a plan that assures that every Kentucky student has access to Advanced Placement courses and report to the Interim Joint Committee on Education by September 1, 2001.
