AN ACT relating to certificate of need for ambulatory surgical centers.
     Amend KRS 216B.020 to require issuance of a certificate of need for an ambulatory surgical center in a private office or clinic of a physician or other health care professional; amend KRS 216B.095 to preclude nonsubstantive review status from being granted to an application to establish an ambulatory surgical center.
