AN ACT relating to crimes and punishments.
     Amend KRS 508.032 to permit the conviction of a person for a Class D felony when the victim is a family member, the crime is assault in the fourth degree, and the crime is the third or subsequent assault of any degree committed by the person in a 5 year period.
