AN ACT relating to reorganization.
     Amend KRS 42.013 and 42.014 to transfer the Office of Legal and Legislative Services and the Office of Management and Budget from within the cabinet to the Office of the Secretary of the Finance and Administration Cabinet; amend KRS 42.017, 42.018, and 12.020 to conform; confirm gubernatorial Executive Order 2001-794, dated June 25, 2001, to the extent it is not otherwise confirmed.
