AN ACT relating to the lottery.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 154A to establish a new lottery scratch off-game; require proceeds to be deposited in the Kentucky veteran's program trust fund and used for veterans' programs throughout the state; amend KRS 154A.130 to conform; amend KRS 154A.020 to authorize advertising of veterans' game and designate how funds are to be used.
