AN ACT relating to United States Selective Service System.
Provide that, for a male over 18 and under 26 years of age, an application for an operator's license, a commercial driver's license, or a nondriver identification card shall constitute registration with the federal Selective Service System; require the Transportation Cabinet to submit personal information electronically to the Selective Service System; require that a notice concerning registration be placed on applications for licenses or identification cards.
HB 117 - AMENDMENTS
HCS - Retain original provisions of the bill and add language requiring Transportation Cabinet to notify the Selective Service System of driver license applicants who decline automatic registration.
