AN ACT relating to alcoholic beverages.
     Amend KRS 243.270 to authorize the issuance of a special private club license to any local chapter of a fraternal or service society which possesses tax exempt status under 26 U.S.C. sec. 501(c)(8) or 501(c)(10), thus permitting the lodge to serve alcoholic beverages whether or not it has maintained a private club room or rooms in the Commonwealth for more than one (1) year prior to the date of application.
