AN ACT relating to the parole of prisoners.
     Amend KRS 439.340, relating to parole, to provide notice to victims and next of kin of initial consideration for parole; provide that further notice of consideration for parole be made by the Parole Board; provide that a victim or next of kin may opt not to receive notice of further consideration for parole and may rescind that option.
