AN ACT relating to telecommunicators.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 15 and amend KRS 15.530 and 15.560, relating to law enforcement telecommunicators, to divide the training program into a program for telecommunicators who use the Criminal Justice Information System and those who do not; provide a longer course for telecommunicators who use the Criminal Justice Information System; delete Secretary of Justice as authority to sign certificates, replace with Commissioner of Criminal Justice Training.
