AN ACT relating to the Law Enforcement Foundation Program Fund.
     Amend KRS 15.440, relating to participation in the Kentucky Law Enforcement Foundation Program Fund (KLEPF), to specify that a sheriff's department does not lose participation in the fund if the elected sheriff does not participate personally in the fund; amend KRS 15.400 and KRS 15.470 to conform.
