AN ACT relating to property taxes.
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 132 to exempt from state and local property taxes, buses titled in a foreign jurisdiction that are used exclusively for charter or tour services; amend KRS 132.190, 136.1873, 136.1875, 136.1877 to conform; amend KRS 136.010 to define charter services and tour services; apply to property assessed on or after January 1, 2002.
