AN ACT relating to the Kentucky Group Health Insurance Board.
Amend KRS 18A.226 to add six additional members to the Kentucky Group Health Insurance Board; set forth the qualifications for the six additional members.
HB 163 - AMENDMENTS
HCA (1, R. Damron) - Retain original provisions, except reinsert the commissioner of education as a member of the board; delete the Director of the Legislative Research Commission from the board; insert the Director of the Administrative Office of the Courts as a member of the Board in lieu of the secretary of the Kentucky Justice Cabinet; state that the active teacher, active state employee, and the classified education support employee shall be appointed by each employee's respective organization with the largest number of employees on payroll deduction.
