AN ACT relating to proceeds from the Tobacco Master Settlement Agreement.
     Amend KRS 248.654 to provide for the distribution of money received from the master settlement agreement; place 10% of the funds from the tobacco settlement agreement fund in a master settlement agreement trust fund that shall not be disbursed before the effective date of the Act; distribute the remainder of the funds in the tobacco settlement agreement fund as follows: 50% to a rural development fund, 25% to an early childhood development fund, and 25% to the Kentucky health care improvement fund; create a new section of KRS Chapter 248 to establish the master settlement agreement trust fund; amend various sections to conform.
