AN ACT relating to domestic relations.
     Amend KRS 405.021 relating to grandparents' visitation rights to comply with the requirements of the United States Supreme Court case of Troxel v. Granville, 120 S.Ct. 2054 (2000), by altering the burden of proof and preventing substantial interference with parental rights.
