AN ACT relating to speed limits.
     Amend KRS 189.390, regarding speed limits, to set a standard speed limit of 45 MPH on county roads, allow counties to set speeds of up to 55 MPH on county roads, and make technical corrections; amend KRS 179.070 and 189.990 to conform; specify that current speed limits on county roads as of the effective date of the Act shall not be changed unless they are changed by ordinance passed by the fiscal court.
