AN ACT relating to capital projects.
     Amend KRS 100.361 to require notice and opportunity for a public hearing regarding the location of certain state-authorized capital projects; create a new section of KRS 45.760 to 45.810 to require the head of a state entity to provide public notice prior to a final decision on the location of a state-authorized capital construction item estimated to cost $6,000,000 or more; specify contents of notice; require a public hearing to be held if requested; require the entity head to give consideration to all comments received during or prior to the public hearing and to file a report with the Capital Projects and Bond Oversight Committee.
