AN ACT relating to child booster seats.
     Amend KRS 189.125, regarding seat belts and child restraint devices, to require drivers to properly secure all children under 4 feet, 9 inches and less than 80 pounds in a child booster seat, to define the term "child booster seat", and to make technical corrections.
