AN ACT relating to entry into school.
     Amend KRS 158.030 to limit the optional entry into the primary program to those children who are five (5) years of age by July 1, instead of October 1, beginning with the school year 2003-2004 and to change the compulsory attendance age to children who are six (6) years of age by July 1, rather than October 1, beginning with the school year 2003-2004.
