AN ACT relating to the Support Educational Excellence in Kentucky program and declaring an emergency.
     Create a new section of KRS 157.310 to 157.440 to revise, over a ten-year period of time, the calculation from average daily attendance to average daily membership of the Support Educational Excellence in Kentucky program; amend KRS 157.320, 157.350, 157.360, 157.370, 157.660, 160.486, 160.593, and 160.644 to conform; EMERGENCY.
