AN ACT relating to the Harm Reduction Act of 2002.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 217 to require the Cabinet for Health Services to implement a harm reduction program in health departments; amend KRS 217.177 and 218A.500 to exempt from penalties participants of the harm reduction program and health department employees administering the harm reduction program.
