AN ACT relating to court fees.
     Amend KRS 64.092 relating to court fees to specify that the money collected from court costs and used to compensate sheriffs for providing court security services at a rate of $12 from each court cost collected, shall be accounted for by the Finance and Administration Cabinet in a separate fund and used exclusively for compensating sheriffs for attending court and providing security services.
