AN ACT proposing to amend Section 170 of the Kentucky Constitution relating to property taxes.
     Propose to amend Kentucky Constitution Section 170 to provide a real property tax exemption for former prisoners of war and recipients of the Medal of Honor or the Distinguished Service Cross.
