AN ACT relating to environmental protection.
Revise KRS 224.46-580, relating to the hazardous waste management fund, to delete the sunset on collection of the hazardous waste assessment.
HB 244 - AMENDMENTS
HFA (1, R. Wilkey) - Delete the original provisions; change the sunset date to June 30, 2004 from June 30, 2002.
SCS/FN - Amend to exempt emission control dust and sludge from the primary production of steel that is recycled by high temperature metals recovery or managed by stabilization of metals from the hazardous waste management assessment.
