AN ACT relating to hearing aid sales.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 334 to prohibit the advertisement, distribution, or sale of hearing aids through the mail to the ultimate consumer and to prohibit the direct shipping of hearing aids to the ultimate consumer; make violation a Class B misdemeanor; amend KRS 334.990 to conform.
