AN ACT relating to special license plates.
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 186, relating to motor vehicle licensing, to create a special PTA license plate; establish initial and renewal fees for the plate; provide for additional moneys to be collected from the sale of the plate and disbursed for use by PTA's.

Miller) - Require persons applying for a PTA license plate to designate on the application form the specific school and PTA where the proceeds from the person's purchase will be credited; change the entity responsible for disbursing PTA funds from the Transportation Cabinet to the public education foundation in a county containing a city of the first class.
