AN ACT relating to body piercing.
Amend KRS 211.760 to define "body piercing," "facility," and "tattooing," require body piercing businesses to register with local or district health departments, and prohibit the body piercing of minors without written notarized parental consent.

HFA (1, B. Heleringer) - Amend subsection (3) to provide who may give consent for tattoos and body piercing, taking out requirement for written notarized consent, and providing guidelines for self-consent petition by minor to the circuit court for tattoos and body piercing.
