AN ACT relating to child support.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 205.710 to 205.800 relating to child support recovery to require the Cabinet for Families and Children to implement the National Medical Support Order where appropriate to enforce an order for health insurance coverage as required by federal law; require the cabinet to transfer a notice to a noncustodial parent's employer; require employer to transfer a notice to a group health plan; require employer to withhold amount for ordered contribution; permit employee to contest the withholding; require employer to notify the cabinet when employee ends; require the cabinet to notify the employer when the cabinet is no longer responsible for an order; require prompt notification of plan options and selection; permit the cabinet to promulgate administrative regulations to implement the notice; amend KRS 205.595, 205.712, 403.211, 405.467, and 406.021 to conform.
