AN ACT relating to reorganization.
     Amend KRS 12.020 to create the Office of Human Resource Management within the Cabinet for Families and Children; amend KRS 194B.030 to establish the Office of Human Resource Management with the Cabinet for Families and Children and to set forth the duties of the office; and confirm Executive Order 2001-610, dated May 18, 2001, and Executive Order 2001-640, dated May 24, 2001, to the extent these executive orders are not otherwise confirmed by this Act.
