AN ACT relating to the disclosure of contracts to members of the General Assembly where public funds are expended.
Create a new section of KRS 61.870 to 61.884 to require public agencies to provide copies of contracts where public funds are expended to members of the General Assembly upon request; provide that members of the General Assembly not be required to make an open records request to receive copies of contracts.
