AN ACT relating to capital projects.
Create new sections of KRS Chapter 164A.555 to 164A.630 to establish procedures for the proposed transfer by a postsecondary institution of assets worth more than $400,000; provide legislative oversight function; amend KRS 61.805, 61.870, 164A.575, and 337,010 to conform.
HB 322 - AMENDMENTS
SCS - Retain original provisions and clarify that provisions apply to "any real property or facility" rather than "assets"; specify review process by Finance and Administration Cabinet; provide interim procedures; delete application to capital projects involving assets transferred after January 1, 2000 and before effective date of this Act.
