AN ACT relating to school curriculum.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 158 to permit schools or school councils to adopt a course of study that includes an elective course in history, civilization, comparative religion, literature, or another subject that uses scriptural texts, including the Bible, and permits the posting of religious, historical, or literary documents appropriate to the course, including the Ten Commandments.
