     AN ACT relating to the Kentucky Education Excellence Scholarship Program.
     Amend KRS 164.7874 to define "base scholarship amount" as amount earned based on grade point average; redefine "eligible high school student" to require enrollment in a Kentucky high school for at least 140 days of the school term and at the end of the academic year, and to provide for students who complete high school graduation requirements at the end of the fall academic term; clarify the definitions of "grade point average" and "high school"; and amend KRS 164.7885 to permit a high school to report the grade point average of a student who completed graduation requirements in the fall term by January 15th.
