AN ACT relating to school employees.
     Amend KRS 161.800 to establish a preference based on seniority of experience for teachers in a school district where a teacher staffing reduction occurs and to allow teachers who have transferred tenure into a school district to be credited with all earned experience after a 1-year probationary period.
