AN ACT relating to assault in the third degree.
Amend KRS 508.025, relating to assault in the third degree, to include transportation officers appointed by a county to transport prisoners when the jail is closed.
HB 333 - AMENDMENTS
HCS/CI - Amend to add that the transportation officer must be performing job related duties.
SFA (1, R. Stivers) - Amend to apply to transportation officers appointed by all county legislative bodies and to county correctional facilities.
