AN ACT relating to schools.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 156 to require school districts to provide access to the Kentucky Technology System to parent school council members and local board of education members; amend KRS 160.345 to require a local district superintendent or designee to provide state assessment reports to school councils by September 15 of each year or within two days after receiving the reports; require the Kentucky Board of Education to promulgate an administrative regulation by December 31, 2002, to standardize election procedures for all school council members.
