AN ACT relating to medical records.
Amend KRS 422.317, relating to medical records, to include records generated as the result of a medical examination, test, or diagnostic procedure performed on a person at the request of a third party, and to provide a civil penalty for noncompliance.
HB 359 - AMENDMENTS
HCS - Amend to remove provisions relating personal signing of request for records.
HFA (1, J. Barrows) - Delete all new language except that in (3) which specifies that medical records include those records generated as the result of third party testing.
